Meh, personally, I think 200 is a little too much, but it's up to you. I think a good build, but I'd rather hit 105 FCR... This would be my setup of choice:

HOTO + -15 Req/15 Res Jewel'd Wizzy
Shako (Life, Mana, DR) Ber'd
Arach
Bloodfists
Treks or Realm Dupes
2x Sojs
Fiend Sunder
Enigma
3x FHR WC GCs
6x Lifer WC GCs
10x 70/15's
Torch/Anni

This'll leave you with stacked Res, a butt-load of Mana, as well as 110 FCR, and some decent DR.
